All product sales are final. We do not offer refunds on products unless the item is received defective or damaged.
To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

Approved items may be exchanged for the same item or store credit at the discretion of Skin X Thiingz.

Absolutely no refunds will be issued for any services rendered, booked, started, or completed.

By booking a service with Skin X Thiingz, clients acknowledge and agree that all service sales are final.
Product exchanges may be approved for defective or damaged items only. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
