Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

 

Business days do not include:

 

• Weekends

• Holidays

• Non-business operating days

 

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

 

Skin X Thiingz is not responsible for:

 

• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

• Delayed deliveries due to address errors

• Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information

 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

 

Order Delays

 

If your order has not been received within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us for an order update.

 

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Skin X Thiingz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues after shipment confirmation.
