Terms & Conditions

At Skin X Thiingz, we value your time and ours. Please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment.

 

Deposit Policy

 

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

 

Late Arrival Policy

 

  • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have time deducted from their service to ensure the next scheduled client is serviced on time.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior verbal approval from their technician will have their appointment canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-call/no-shows will forfeit your deposit and you may be required to prepay for future appointments.

 

Hygiene & Conduct Policy

 

For the safety, comfort, and professionalism of our spa environment:

 

  • Appointments may be canceled due to poor hygiene, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the appointment without refund.

 

Guest Policy

 

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, no extra guests are allowed during appointments unless previously approved.

 

Courtesy & Respect

 

Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best experience possible for every client.

 

Health & Contraindications

 

  • Clients must disclose all allergies, medications, skin conditions, medical concerns, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic procedures before treatment.

  • Failure to disclose important health information releases Skin X Thiingz from liability related to adverse reactions or complications.

  • Some services may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.

Results Disclaimer

 

  • Individual results vary based on skin type, body type, lifestyle, home care, and consistency.

  • No guaranteed results are promised from any skincare, body contouring, waxing, facial, or wellness service.

  • Following aftercare instructions is the client’s responsibility.

Product Purchases

 

  • Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Products must be used as directed.

  • Skin X Thiingz is not responsible for misuse of products or allergic reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.

Photos & Media

 

  • With client permission, before-and-after photos may be taken for progress tracking and promotional purposes.

  • Clients may decline photography at any time.

Liability Waiver

 

By receiving services from Skin X Thiingz, clients acknowledge they understand the potential risks associated with esthetic and body treatments and voluntarily assume all responsibility for any reactions, sensitivities, or outcomes.

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving services, clients acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

Skin Bucks Terms & Conditions

​

  1. One Skin Buck Per Person
    Only one Skin Buck may be redeemed per person, per visit.

  2. No Combining Offers
    Skin Bucks cannot be combined with other Skin Bucks, promotions, sales, discounts, coupons, or special offers.

  3. Non-Transferable
    Skin Bucks are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.

  4. In-Person Redemption Only
    Skin Bucks must be redeemed in person at the time of service.

  5. Physical Skin Buck Required
    The original Skin Buck must be presented and surrendered at the time of redemption. Copies, screenshots, or damaged bucks may not be accepted.

  6. Services Only
    Skin Bucks may only be applied toward eligible services and cannot be used toward the purchase of products, retail items, gift cards, deposits, or gratuities.

  7. No Cash Value
    Skin Bucks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.

  8. Lost or Stolen Bucks
    Skin X Thiingz is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Skin Bucks.

  9. Expiration
    Skin Bucks must be redeemed before the expiration date listed on the buck, if applicable.

  10. Right to Refuse or Modify
    Skin X Thiingz reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any Skin Buck promotion at any time without prior notice.
